It’s now official: World superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is the new player of Al-Nassr, from Saudi Arabia. The deal is turning him the best paid football player in the World. Here is the top 10 best paid players in the World.

According to transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano, Ronaldo signed a contract valid until June 2025 and will receive close to €200 million per year, including commecial deals.

So, maths are easy: the Portuguese will get half a billion during the 2 and ½ year-deal with the Saudi team.

Is it the begining of the end for Ronaldo? The Portuguese is almost 38 years old. Although Ronaldo wanted to play in Europe, moving to Saudi Arabia will probably be the last chapter in his beautiful and historical career, far away from the big stages.
