Paris Saint-Germain is close to renewing its long-term technical sponsorship agreement with Nike in a deal worth around €100 million per season through 2037.
Although the current contract still has several years remaining, the two parties are finalizing a five-year extension, according to French newspaper L’Équipe.
The agreement would secure approximately €1.1 billion in revenue for the Ligue 1 champions over the next 11 years, further cementing one of the most valuable kit partnerships in world football.
The renewed contract would place PSG among the sport’s elite commercial agreements. Barcelona, for instance, recently extended its partnership with Nike until 2038 in a deal estimated to be worth around €1.7 billion.
Sporting Success Strengthens PSG’s Position
PSG’s recent on-field success is understood to have played a key role in the negotiations. Founded in 1970, the Paris club is enjoying the most successful period in its history, having secured a second consecutive UEFA Champions League title and reinforcing its status as one of Europe’s and the world’s leading football clubs.
The club is also expected to maintain its partnership with Jordan Brand, Nike’s basketball-inspired label, whose collections have become a major commercial success. The collaboration has helped broaden PSG’s global appeal, particularly in the U.S. market, where the club has established itself as a lifestyle brand extending beyond football.
Sales of jerseys and official merchandise declined following the departures of global stars Lionel Messi, Neymar and, more recently, Kylian Mbappé. However, demand has rebounded sharply in the wake of the club’s Champions League triumphs, highlighting the commercial value of sustained sporting success.
