It’s a question of time until he signs for another club. We are talking about Kylian Mbappé, the rising star of French Football. How much will Monaco get by selling him to another club? A lot of money, we are sure.
The young striker is the biggest surprise of sensational performance of Monaco this year. Mbappé is only 18 years old but his influence in the French team is mindblowing given his age. He scored 26 goals this season (43 matches). Alongside with Falcao and Bernardo Silva, Mbappé was a key player to give to Monaco the title of French champions, after a exceptional performance in Champions League.
So, it’s no surprise that top European clubs want Mbappé services as we can see on the news. What is a surprise is the price Monaco is asking for him. French club just have turned down a world-record fee of around €120 million from Real Madrid for 18-year-old striker.
In Spain, it is said that Real Madrid is “ready to go crazy” to have the French star. What does that mean? For Mbappé this mean that he could expect a huge salary highest paid football players in the world. Other top clubs such as Manchester United, Barcelona, Liverpool and Manchester City are also looking at him.

According to Transfermark, Mbappé’s market value was around €10 million back in January. We believe he is worth now four times than that, between €35 million and €45 million, which is a huge amount of money for some player at his age.
But other experts consulted by L’Equipe put his value far higher, on the grounds that he is an exceptional case, some indeed say he’s worth more than Pogba who cost Manchester United 105 million euros in the summer of 2016.

“He’s young and an out and out goalscorer, leading to our estimation of a value between 120 and 140 million. It’s a huge amount, but no more so than what United paid for Pogba or Barcelona for Neymar”, says Michael Rablat, Everton scout, to Spanish newspaper As.
Who knows? Maybe we are at the brink of another record deal.
